I used to run a party room.

The space was rented. One year lease. Every time someone booked it, it had to look incredible, like the kind of place worth photographing. And at the end of every lease, I had to hand it back exactly the way I found it.

I had basically no budget. So I started figuring things out myself.

Floors that looked like real hardwood but came up clean when I moved out. Walls that looked wallpapered but left zero residue. Kitchen tiles that looked custom but peeled off in one piece.

It took a while. A lot of trial and error. But eventually I had a system that actually worked.

The thing is, I kept meeting people dealing with the exact same situation. Renters who wanted their place to feel like home but were scared of losing their deposit. People who'd been told no so many times they stopped trying.

They just needed to know these things existed.

That's why I started PeelNest.
