Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Your order number

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order if needed.


Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
